AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION
Soil preparation and correction, Planting, Fertilization, Fertigation, Pest Control, diseases and weeds, are some of the several operations that make up the cane production process, making available in quantity and quality suitable for harvesting
HARVEST
Our sugarcane fields are harvested through a mechanized process, using leading edge technologies such as high performance machines, high precision GPS, 4G communication, among others.
TRANSPORT
Then, high-capacity trucks transport the cane from the cane fields to the mills
MILLING
In the mills, the sugar cane is milled for the extraction of the broth, also used in the manufacture of sugar.
TREATMENT
The broth then undergoes heating, chemical treatment, decantation and sieving to remove impurities.
FERMENTATION
The pure broth receives the addition of yeasts responsible for its fermentation, producing ethanol and carbonic gas. The result is the fermented wine.
CENTRIFUGATION
The wine is subjected to the centrifugation process, which separates the yeast into the next fermentation cycle, leaving only ethanol and water for distillation.
DISTILLATION
Through evaporation and condensation, the ethanol is separated from the wine. This process results in hydrated ethanol, used as fuel.
DEHYDRATION
The hydrated ethanol goes through the dehydration process, in which the water is eliminated to obtain anhydrous ethanol, which is mixed with gasoline.
