Derived from corn ethanol production, SMartLIO – the corn oil from São Martinho – is an extremely versatile product and an excellent source of energy for animal nutrition that can also be used for optimum applications in industries to produce biofuel, paints and chemicals.
Our oil is a direct substitute for soybean oil and can be used to increase the energy density of diets and reduce caloric increase. In addition to its economic advantages, it is rich in xanthophylls, which is ideal for enhancing the orange color of egg yolk and bird skin. For cattle, it is an ideal product that is also widely used for finishing carcasses.
Our modern corn plant located adjacent to the Boa Vista Mill in Quirinópolis, Goiás, ensures the market a linear production throughout the year.
